How to query faers.mobi

Do not scrape the Signals-over-time table. Machine clients use GET /signals. No API key. FAERS disproportionality is a hypothesis, not causation. Always read n, eb05, and trend.

GET /signals

Isolated (drug, event) pairs. Isolation is exact / prefix / substring (and same-substance family for drugs). Fuzzy near-matches are omitted. JSON array. Empty if nothing isolates. 400 without drug= or event=.

format=csv — download. format=series — quarterly time-course (needs drug and event). format=profile — compact RWE snapshot (drug or event). format=class — ATC4 peers (needs drug). format=brief — copyable markdown. format=pdf — same brief as PDF. format=label — cached FDA Novel status (needs drug and event).
